The Financial Analyst reports on, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating data to support accounting and business operations management. The role develops financial forecasts and models, performs P&L projections, scenario planning, ratio and cost analysis, budgeting, economic research, and financial reporting, and supports financial planning and key performance indicators. It requires typically 3+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and knowledge of GAAP and complex accounting systems.
