bbf: is hiring a full-time Financial Analyst in Limassol or Nicosia to monitor and evaluate real estate development projects, track budgets and KPIs, develop financial models, prepare investor and Board reports, support M&A and investment decisions, and analyze capital structures. The role requires a degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling and valuation skills, English and Greek fluency, and advanced Excel proficiency.
