The role involves preparing and analyzing management financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, financial modeling, profitability analysis, management presentations, cost optimization, reporting automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least two years of financial analyst experience, higher education in finance, economics, or accounting, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, ERP experience, analytical ability, knowledge of unit economics and business metrics, and Intermediate+ English.
