Description
Hermeus is hiring a Financial Analyst to support finance decision-making across its aerospace and defense technology company. The role owns budgets and forecasts, analyzes financial performance and variances, builds financial models, partners with engineering, operations, supply chain, and other teams, supports reporting and executive materials, and develops insights for investment and resource allocation decisions. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical finance role, along with strong Excel, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Power BI, engineering or R&D organizations, program finance, government contracts, and financial reporting automation.
