Intuitive is hiring a Finance Analyst to support European financial operations and reporting under the Finance Manager, Europe. The role focuses on month-end and quarter-end close activities, consolidated financial and commercial reporting, monthly accruals, variance analysis, ERP and planning-system data consolidation, BI dashboard support, and process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–6 years of finance operations, accounting, or shared services experience, accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and English communication skills; experience with multinational close processes, reporting tools, ERP systems, and process documentation is preferred.
