Lattice is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing accurate and timely manual invoices, calculating and analyzing Sales Representative commissions, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, and managing forecasting for commissions. This role also involves performing month-end closing tasks such as journal entries and reporting, monitoring customer aging and reconciliations, maintaining proper documentation of invoices and credit memos, and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations related to commissions and customer accounts.
