Description
The Financial Analyst will support Milhaus’s finance and capital markets teams by performing real estate financial modeling, cash-flow and valuation analysis, acquisition due diligence, financing and capital-structure evaluation, market research, risk assessment, reporting, and investment analysis. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of real estate finance or asset-management experience, advanced Excel and database skills, and familiarity with real estate financial software.
