Minto is hiring a Financial Analyst in Ottawa, Ontario to support financial analysis across the full lifecycle of real estate development, from planning and servicing through construction, closings, and warranty. The role involves building and maintaining pro formas, analyzing revenue, costs, financing, equity, cash flow, and budget variances, preparing forecasts and reports, supporting cost controls, and improving reporting technology. Candidates should have post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting, at least five years of similar analytical experience, strong financial and accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with NewStar; CPA, CFA, Power BI, and homebuilding or residential real estate experience are advantageous. The hiring pay range is 75,000–95,000.
