OffSec is hiring a full-time Financial Analyst to support company-wide financial planning, performance reporting, and commission operations. The role performs actual-versus-budget analysis, manages sales and marketing commissions, reconciles data across systems, tracks KPIs, maintains headcount forecasts, builds financial models, and provides ad hoc analysis. It requires 7+ years of finance experience, including at least 2+ years in financial planning and analysis, along with strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. The position is based in a home office and follows Eastern Time.
