Description
Spring Venture Group is hiring a full-time Financial Analyst to support financial modeling, variance reporting, strategic forecasting, KPI analysis, month-end close activities, cash-flow monitoring, and executive financial reporting. The role partners with FP&A, accounting, treasury, and business-unit leaders and uses Excel, AI tools, Workday, and Snowflake. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related field is required, while 1–3 years of related corporate experience is preferred. The position reports to the Treasury Manager and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
