The role covers financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, manufacturing cost accounting, profitability analysis, financial modeling, business performance analysis, ERP enhancements, and cross-functional financial partnering. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline and at least three years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment; manufacturing finance, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, ERP systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, variance analysis, and cross-functional business partnering are preferred. Compensation is based on experience, and the position includes benefits.
