The role analyzes leases, operating statements, market data, and other real estate documents; develops complex financial models; researches tenant and ownership profiles; prepares client presentations and business cases; and supports transaction management and prospecting. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least two years of commercial real estate experience, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software. The position offers a salary of $75,000 to $100,000 and eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
