Description
Tricon is hiring a mid-level, full-time Financial Analyst to support its FP&A team with global management reporting, financial performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. The role involves analyzing volumes, P&L, working capital, intercompany transactions, KPIs, and segment or order-level allocations, while automating recurring requests and preparing reports and dashboards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, 1–4 years of relevant experience, US GAAP knowledge, strong financial analysis and Excel skills, and experience with tools such as VBA, SQL, Power Query, or Power BI.
