Waypoint’s client is hiring a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst in Alexandria, Virginia to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering. The role covers the full DoD PPBE process, including budget formulation, program execution, funding management, financial analysis, audit readiness, reporting, and senior-level briefings. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold an active Secret clearance with Top Secret preferred, have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and possess at least 10 years of DoD financial management, budgeting, or PPBE experience.
