Description
The Financial Analyst supports CTE leadership and the broader FP&A team by preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts, analyzing operational and financial data, developing KPIs and dashboards, identifying cost-control opportunities, and recommending continuous-improvement actions. The role also participates in month- and year-end close, budget-variance analysis, financial modeling, internal controls, and process improvement. A bachelor’s degree and zero to two years of finance or accounting experience or equivalent education and experience are required; Microsoft Excel proficiency is required, while SAP and IBM Planning Analytics experience are preferred.
