HCEDA is hiring a part-time, in-person Business Finance Analyst to support loan financial analysis, underwriting, borrower relations, loan health forecasting, financial reporting, and resource allocation for public and private sector projects. The role requires at least two years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting, strong Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills, and familiarity with financial reporting, analysis tools, and public or governmental accounting. The position is 20 hours per week and includes collaboration with the Director of Business Finance and support for special finance programs.
