Description
Human Capital Resources and Concepts is seeking a Financial Analyst II to maintain and reconcile financial reports, support year-end closing of funding appropriations, process grant payments, coordinate disbursements, reconcile HHS accounts, and provide technical assistance to DRL leadership and grantees throughout the federal assistance life-cycle. The role requires accounting knowledge, foreign assistance fund expertise, advanced Microsoft Excel, global travel, year-end closing availability, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
