Description
The Financial Analyst II will consolidate financial reports, prepare month-end journal entries, support audit requests, maintain systems, and develop revenue and expense analyses, forecasts, projections, and business-unit reports for manufacturing locations across North America. The role also performs financial forecasting, account reconciliation, cost-accounting support, variance analysis, and inventory analysis. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field and 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles are required, along with strong Excel and financial-modeling skills; consolidation, ERP, cost-accounting, and SQL experience are preferred.
