ASCEM, the research and knowledge institute of BTE Groep, is hiring a Financial & Project Controller to build and professionalize its financial, project, and administrative organization as the INVIE sustainable cement initiative moves from development into scaling, production, and market introduction. The role owns financial and project administration, reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, investments, project progress, financial risks, internal controls, systems, and subsidy procedures. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of relevant financial experience, preferably in a production, project, or technical environment. The position offers a monthly salary of €4,534–€6,381, a 3.5% year-end bonus, vacation and pension benefits, training, and hybrid work-from-home options.
