ECPI University is hiring a Financial Assistance Advisor to provide financial aid support and advising services to incoming and existing students at its Roanoke, Virginia campus. The role processes financial aid applications, determines eligibility, makes awards, evaluates exceptions, monitors award compliance, and resolves student, lender, employer, and staff concerns. The position requires a bachelor’s degree preferred, 2–3 years of related experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
