ECPI University is hiring a remote Financial Aid Counselor to advise students and families on financial aid eligibility, application procedures, costs, and financial planning; analyze student financial data; make aid awards; evaluate exceptions; monitor award compliance; and resolve concerns with students, lenders, employers, and Student Services. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, and a dedicated home workspace with high-speed internet.
