TriHealth is hiring a Financial Clearance Representative to work from home on an 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday schedule. The role verifies patient insurance, confirms benefits eligibility, performs authorizations and pre-certification, calculates and estimates patient liability, reviews medical records, and submits authorization requests for surgery, testing, or treatment. Candidates need a high school degree or equivalent medical terminology knowledge, insurance and managed-care experience, and at least one year of insurance verification or precertification experience.
