Hanscom Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time Financial Coach to support branch operations, provide personalized financial education and coaching, develop member financial plans, guide credit and debt management, explain credit union products, conduct workshops and one-on-one consultations, analyze financial data, and maintain records. The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience, strong personal finance and communication skills, financial software proficiency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation is $27.77 to $34.72 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
