Description
Potomac is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to build and own the financial infrastructure of a scaling, multi-entity business. The role owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, chart of accounts, AP/AR processes, reconciliations, accounting controls, financial reporting, entity structuring, intercompany transactions, and automation opportunities. It requires 10+ years of progressive accounting or controllership experience, deep GAAP knowledge, chart-of-accounts design experience, and familiarity with Ramp, Sage, or comparable ERP systems. A CPA and financial-services experience are preferred. The position offers a salary of $130,000–$155,000 and medical, vision, dental, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
