Description
nLighten is hiring a Financial Control Manager to lead hands-on financial control and accounting for its monthly, quarterly, and year-end close across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland. The role owns the accuracy of accounting records, reviews general ledger activity and reconciliations, supports statutory accounts and audits, provides actuals and accounting input to FP&A, monitors balance-sheet risks, and coaches a small finance team. Candidates need strong financial accounting and close experience, knowledge of IFRS or relevant GAAP, multi-entity experience, and ERP familiarity; data-center accounting experience is preferred but may offset fewer years of experience.
