Incubeta is hiring a full-time Financial Controller in Cape Town, South Africa. The role owns the accuracy and completeness of the regional balance sheet and P&L, coordinates budgets and forecasts, prepares monthly results, reviews revenue and gross profit, manages reconciliations and adjusting entries, supports payroll and tax reporting, maintains finance controls, assists with audits, and provides commercial analysis and financial business partnering to department heads. The position requires strong financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, tax, audit, reconciliation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
