Tidio is hiring a Financial Controller for its six-person Finance & Operations team in Poland, with remote or hybrid work from Warsaw or Szczecin. The role focuses on financial controlling, reporting, planning, analysis, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, profitability monitoring, accounting, payments, and financial policy improvement. Candidates should have at least 2–3 years of similar experience, strong management reporting and financial modeling skills, advanced Excel, Power Query, and VBA proficiency, fluent English, and the ability to communicate financial insights to business stakeholders. The position offers 12–18k PLN on B2B or 10k–14.9k PLN gross on a contract of employment, plus medical care and other employee benefits.
