Description
The Finance Controller will oversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash-flow and working-capital monitoring, UAE tax and accounting compliance, and strategic financial analysis for Grand Mercure Dubai City. The role also supervises and develops the finance team, establishes internal controls, and provides recommendations to senior management and department heads. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, while 5–7 years of hotel finance or senior finance management experience is preferred.
