Description
The Financial Controller will build and lead an accounting function for a fast-growing engineered sensor manufacturer, partnering with the CFO and operating leadership to deliver accurate management accounts, statutory inputs, group reporting, close processes, controls, and audit readiness. The role covers manufacturing finance, standard costing, inventory valuation, cost control, multi-currency cash management, intercompany accounting, tax compliance, and cross-border alignment across international operations, while also building and scaling a high-performing finance team. It is an on-site position in Texas.
