Description
Bosch is hiring a financial controlling professional at its Juarez manufacturing plant to partner with operations, manage cost center controlling and product costing, prepare material/labor/overhead cost calculations, perform benchmarking and variance analysis, and support reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role reports to the plant controller and requires at least five years of financial controlling experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing, strong SAP R/3 experience, fluent English, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex manufacturing environment.
