Description
BRKZ is hiring a Financial Controller to own the full accounting, audit, financial reporting, compliance, and internal-control functions as the company scales. The role includes managing the general ledger, month-end and year-end closing, external audits, Saudi tax and regulatory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, ERP and automation initiatives, and developing the accounting and finance operations team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, strong Saudi accounting and tax knowledge, end-to-end accounting and reporting experience, and strong Arabic and English communication skills; professional certification, startup or construction-sector experience, and Big 4 experience are preferred or advantageous.
