The Financial Controller will oversee the organization's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, risk management, cash flow, compliance, external reporting, and process improvement. The role also leads and develops the finance team and supports the company's growth objectives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of finance and accounting experience including three years in management, and proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
