Description
The Finance Manager will coordinate month-end closing, prepare budgets and financial forecasts, monitor their execution, validate departmental data, analyze variances, and improve planning, financial control, and internal control systems. The role also collaborates with departments and coordinates process-efficiency initiatives through process automation. Candidates should have financial control or analysis experience, a university degree in finance, economics, or a related field, strong analytical and data-handling skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems, and B2-level English. The proposed gross salary is EUR 3,600–4,200, with additional financial incentives possible.
