Financial Controller at GS Construction

GS Construction is hiring a full-time Controller to report to the CEO and lead its accounting team. The role oversees month-end close, financial reporting, job costing, work-in-progress, cash flow, payroll, banking, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, compliance, and AI-driven finance automation. It requires 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years leading an accounting team, recent construction or civil infrastructure experience, a CPA designation, advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, and hands-on experience with AI tools. The position is based on-site at the Acheson office on a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule.
