Description
The Controller will lead the organization's accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, internal controls, audits, grant and contract accounting, and ERP implementations. The role provides strategic guidance to executive leadership, supports budgeting and forecasting, and oversees accounting staff. Candidates should have extensive accounting experience, including at least 10 years of progressive experience and 3+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role, along with strong financial reporting, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
