Description
The role supports IKEA’s business by maintaining financial structures, coordinating budgets, forecasts, cost follow-up, management reporting, cost recharging, accounting and financial reporting, internal controls, and financial planning. It requires an accounting, finance, or economics degree; ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification; 5–7 years of increasingly responsible accounting or finance experience; international-structure experience; strong analytical, communication, networking, business-acumen, and stakeholder-management skills; and knowledge of English and Italian. The position is on a permanent contract, classified at Level 1 under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution, with an annual gross salary starting at €40,500 and hybrid work.
