IKI is hiring a Financial Analyst / Controller to act as a business partner across departments and projects, analyze financial and operational performance, prepare reports, develop scenarios, monitor project costs and KPIs, and contribute to budget planning and control-process improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a similar field, experience in financial analysis or controlling, English fluency, and strong MS Office skills; SAP, Power BI, and database experience are advantageous. The position offers a hybrid work model, €2,800–€3,900 gross monthly salary, and additional benefits.
