Description
The Financial Controller will manage and oversee the hotel’s financial administration, including accurate financial records, periodic reports, budgets, forecasts, cash management, internal controls, risk management, insurance, project accounting, tax compliance, and general ledger oversight. Reporting to the General Manager and Finance Director Europe, the role advises management and ownership on financial and strategic matters and occasionally requires weekend duty management. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business economics, or a related field, hospitality financial experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.
