Olala! is hiring a senior accounting leader to oversee accounting operations across 15+ Spanish group companies. The role manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, month-end and year-end close, cash flow, internal controls, ERP implementation, budgeting, statutory audits, and Spanish tax compliance, while supervising a four-person accounting team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field in Spain, CPA certification, 5–10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience including at least three years in leadership, and fluent Spanish and English.
