Otrium is hiring a Financial Controller for a hybrid temporary contract to lead SG&A financial operations, month-end and year-end close, balance-sheet reconciliations, accruals, working capital, audits, VAT and CIT tax compliance, transfer-pricing documentation, and process improvements using AI and automation. The role requires at least four years of accounting experience, a recognised accounting qualification, Dutch GAAP knowledge, tax compliance experience, English fluency, and strong communication and mentoring skills; NetSuite and advanced Excel are preferred.
