Description
Pangeo Group is hiring a Controller to build and own the finance function for its aluminum die-casting and machining plant in Vaughan, Ontario. The role leads the plant finance team, manages month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, variance analysis, internal controls, audit readiness, and approval workflows, and partners closely with Operations while spending time on the production floor. The position requires at least five years of accounting or finance experience, including a controller or senior analyst role in manufacturing, along with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; SAP, advanced Excel, and AI tools are preferred. The salary range is CAD 100,000 to 135,000, inclusive of performance bonus and standard employee benefits.
