Quantum Frontline Industries is hiring a hands-on Financial Controller to support the financial steering of a growing defence business. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, variance analysis, management reporting, cash and working-capital monitoring, month-end close coordination, financial controls, and Odoo process improvement. The Financial Controller will work closely with the Head of Finance & Administration and coordinate with operations, purchasing, warehouse, external accountants, and payroll providers. The position requires a relevant degree, experience in controlling, finance, or accounting, ERP experience ideally with Odoo, strong analytical and process-improvement skills, and professional proficiency in English and German.
