Quantum-Systems is hiring a full-time Financial Controller for its Kyiv office. The role manages management accounting for projects and service activities, prepares budgets and forecasts, monitors costs and commitments, analyzes budget variances, allocates project costs, and produces management reports and financial analysis. Candidates need at least three years of experience in financial controlling, management accounting, FP&A, or a related field, along with budgeting, forecasting, cost-control, and management-reporting experience; strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are required, while ERP and BI experience is a plus.
