Description
The Financial Controller will manage accounting and financial controlling, periodic forecasts, management reporting, group reporting, statutory compliance, business partnering, subsidiary integration, and financial process optimization across the Belux region. The role reports to the General Manager and Group Finance Director on a matrix basis, supports the accounting team, contributes to ERP and BI modernization, and advises subsidiary General Managers. Candidates need a master's degree in economics or finance, at least 10 years of controlling and accounting experience, knowledge of accounting, management accounting, reporting, and taxation, and experience with MS Office, ERP systems, and BI tools; Microsoft Dynamics implementation or optimization experience is preferred.
