Description
Semble is hiring a Financial Controller to own financial operations across its UK and French entities, including month-end close, management and investor reporting, treasury, compliance, audits, VAT, taxes, and financial controls. The role will also develop AI-enabled financial processes, support the ESOP and company secretarial duties, and manage one direct report. Candidates should be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, have experience in a B2B SaaS or similar business, understand UK GAAP FRS102 or IFRS, and be comfortable working across multiple legal entities. The position is permanent, hybrid, and based in the United Kingdom or France.
