Silae is hiring a Financial Controller to join its finance department and monitor the group’s financial performance. The role produces shareholder and recurring financial reports, contributes to annual closing, budgets, forecasts, and process improvements, and requires a Bac+4/5 degree in finance, management control, or accounting, plus 4–5 years of audit or transaction services experience. The position offers a base salary plus bonus and profit-sharing, meal vouchers, comprehensive health insurance, and a remote arrangement of two days per week.
