Description
The Site Finance Controller will lead the site’s overall financial strategy, governance, performance management, financial planning, risk management, capital expenditure optimization, and operational efficiency. The role also engages with Philippine local authorities and tax agencies to secure tax incentives and ensure regulatory compliance, while advising senior management and contributing to long- and short-term business strategies. The position requires a master’s degree in management for a CPA graduate, 10 years of country controller experience in a manufacturing company, SAP and Microsoft Office expertise, and Power BI data dashboarding skills.
