Tether is hiring a Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, audit coordination, and accounting operations across a multi-entity investment and treasury platform. The role manages financial statements, month-end and year-end close processes, accounts payable and receivable, internal controls, regulatory reporting, financial systems, and continuous improvement, while supporting operations and strategic initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 10+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Xero and Enfusion, and mandatory Excel, VBA, and Python skills.
