VM Drilling is hiring a full-time Financial Controller based in Kalgoorlie to support the company’s growth, operational performance, and financial success. The role covers monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, payroll oversight, taxation compliance, accounts payable and receivable, asset and fleet reporting, financial controls, governance, and business improvement initiatives. Candidates should be CPA or CA qualified, have at least five years of senior accounting or finance experience, and possess advanced Excel, financial modelling, management reporting, and accounting or ERP system experience.
