CWS Hygiene is hiring a Financial Controller to strengthen its finance team in Belgium and Luxembourg. The role combines financial controlling, business partnering, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, financial planning, KPI monitoring, process optimization, audit support, and sales and operational controlling. The position is primarily based in Berchem with regular presence in Diegem and allows working from home two days per week after successful onboarding. Applicants need a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics or equivalent experience, at least two years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
